Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Sam Martin

Founder & Attorney at Law

Sam grew up in West Warwick, Rhode Island. He earned a B.A. in Political Science at Yale University. While at Yale, he captained the men’s varsity basketball team, and he received the Roosevelt L. Thompson Prize for a senior who exhibits warmth, commitment to fairness, compassion for all people, and the promise of moral leadership in the public sphere.

Sam earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where professors awarded him the Gerald Gunther and John Hart Ely Prizes for outstanding performance in classwork, including receiving the top grade in Federal Courts. Following Stanford, Sam served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patty Shwartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Timothy S. Hillman of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Sam fights for his clients, the injured, abused, and wronged. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, been featured on the Great Trials and Just Verdicts podcasts, and been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 under 40 trial lawyer.
